Who We Are

Subas was founded in Bahrain by Mr. Suhail Al Bastaki , who has experience in the oil and gas industry. His shared vision was to create a company that bridges technical knowledge with transparent business practices, providing reliable support for clients across the petroleum and natural gas sectors.

Mr. Suhail Al Bastaki

MR. SUHAIL AL BASTAKI With over 40 years in Bahrain’s oil and gas sector, Mr. Suhail Al Bastaki has held leadership roles at BAPCO, Tatweer Petroleum, and the Bahrain National Oil Company. His experience covers gas operations, non-associated gas wells, facilities supervision, and strategic field management. He also served as Chairman of Subasco (2016–2023), guiding its development in oil and gas consultancy before founding Subas.

Mr Jackie Beedie

Mr. Jackie Beedie has over 40 years experience in business management in a wide range of industries, including Government, Finance, Aviation Construction and Oil and Gas. He has overseen infrastructure projects for Governments in Bahrain, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. He was part of the management team that implemented strategic projects in Saudi Aramco, Bapco, Qatar Petroleum and PDO Oman. He is currently involved in managing facilities in the industrial and commercial sectors. He previously served as CEO of a major Saudi Arabian oil field supply company and he has a great deal of experience in negotiating and implementing high value contracts. A resident of Bahrain for over 30 years with a deep understanding of GCC culture and business practises. He was appointed the CEO of Subas oil and Gas Consultancy to bring his experience, knowledge and abilities to benefit the company and its clients.
